Doug has worked in many "hi-tech" intensive industries including Enterprise Health Care and Travel & Tourism. While working for Siemens, Doug Justice, Jr. was responsible for the Interface and Integration teams for the Southeast Region, and worked to solve large scale integration issues at several large healthcare facilities such as Adventis Health System, Lee Memorial Health System, and the University of Florida Shands Hospital Health Network.
Doug Justice, Jr. also worked for the Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau as their Senior Developer for their Interactive Marketing Department. While there, Doug Justice, Jr. designed, created and maintained their Hotel Reservation and Ticket System as well as their Convention Marketing and Sales engine. He also was responsible for several eMarketing campaigns including the design of the creative, deployment, and tracking of its ROI to the organization.
With his wide-range of knowledge of technology, Doug Justice, Jr. is experienced in the design and deployment of large scale information system architecture, as well as the design and programming of thin and thick client software systems. An expert in eMarketing, Doug Justice, Jr. also assists consumer and business marketing divisions to reach new consumers, as well as keeping in contact with existing ones through innovative concepts and non-intrusive methods.
Through his fresh, new, leading-edge technology ideas, Doug Justice, Jr. created Justice Solutions LLC to continue and provide robust strategies for companies to lower IT infrastructure costs, increase production through new programming methods, and develop and maintain large eConsumer bases. Jennifer Justice - Vice President / Director of Marketing & Design
Jennifer Justice is a Marketing and Design executive for Justice Solutions, with over 10 years of web and print based marketing and design experience. She has worked with many large companies such as Disney, Wyland Galleries, Luis Sottil Galleries, Boston Market, and The Masters of Magic Las Vegas Style Show in Orlando, FL.
Jennifer is well experienced in both creating color and design concepts for new websites as well as giving “facelifts” to those which need a fresh and exciting new look. Jennifer has created signage to promote artist appearances at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, as well as created online ads to be featured on partner websites for Wyland Galleries, Luis Sottil Galleries, and a host of other websites looking to make their mark in the “e-World”.
Jennifer is also highly skilled at developing creative and effective concepts to “boost new business” in new areas where typical marketing and advertising firms were lost. Jennifer is solely responsible for Boston Market’s “Hero Program”, a program to partner with local family and pediatric medical practices to reward children for eating healthy and exercising. She is also solely responsible for Boston Market’s “Vet Alliance” program where participating Boston Markets would donate doggie treats to local veterinarians and offer coupons for “people treats” such as free desserts with meals purchased at the restaurants.
A marketing graduate from the University of Central Florida, Jennifer has an eye for color and design which has led to many successful marketing campaigns both online and off, for our customers. Some of her noted campaigns are:

Kevin is a highly skilled technical writer and computer based education designer who also has an eye for identifying new business opportunities for Justice Solutions.
An expert in knowing the capabilities of Justice Solutions in the web development industry, Kevin is responsible for taking in new business requests, formulating the project scope, and preparing proposals to meet the needs of our customers.
A graduate from the University of Central Florida, Kevin has worked for many large organizations such as the Orlando Convention & Vistor's Bureau and the Walt Disney Company. While there, Kevin has used his abilities as an experienced database administrator to design and developed Access based front end applications for Disney as well as formulating and creating the technical manuals for its use and operation in the company.
Michael Rodgers - Senior Graphic Designer
Mike is the "Apple" to our "PC" team. He takes our creative ideas and converts them into amazing graphical works of art that astound our customers and create "buzz's" in the companies we design for. He is a whiz with photoshop, and video editing software, as well as being an accomplished musician and singer.
Mike is also the Worship Pastor for Epic Christian Church, where he leads the congregation in Worship each week with a full band, backup singers, and graphical presentations to spread God's message of Love and Kindness.
